This is a tribute to JacKaIL, one my RO friend, and ROG extension GM. We celebrated last week because he reached lvl 99 then few days after that a terrible happened to his acct. His acct got hacked and this so called hacker deleted his character. Actually I was online when this thing happened, i PM jack to ask something, then i got a weird reply, accdg to him he will sell all his equips to Php (pesos). After that, all guildmates were expelled by him, then he got offline..

Next day, i heard from some about the news. Tsk tsk tsk ..sayang ...

Dami talagang issues regarding s pRO. daming ganyan ng nangyayari sa pRO. People hacked other accts,because of money and greed. This is what they do, usually they got other's acct, no.1 keyloggers. After they login to other's acct, they will transfer all the items and zeny(RO's monetary) to one of their acct, then boom ..instant money..people sell zeny for php..usually 1M zeny=50 pesos, it depends on the server or depends on quantity. So this person can either sell first these items during the game to have equivalent zeny,then after that , they will create a chat window (pub) containing such as this "S>100M, 50 pesos eac, SM Manila,mit now" or depends on their "merchant skills" on how these items can be converted to php.
Playing on a local server is very different playing on int'l servers, people there are more friendly and most especially customer service is great, im talking mostly on GM(gamemasters), u can see them during the game which you will rarely see on local GMs, first of all, why they can't do this. Coz many players hate GMs, they don't respect them, i always had an analogy between a GM and a police/politicians (no offense). These 2 images are similar in a sense that you can't trust them. I got hacked before and the right customer service i got really sucks. If you report a case, what you get is a copy-paste scripted answer from non-sense GMs, no more other details that you need and you have to write and insist them for your right.

Playing RO is much enjoyable before than playing today. Ngayon panay yabangan, angasan ang labanan, if your part of a well-known guild minsan kahit mahina ka feeling malakas ka na..tsk tsk tsk.. Sometimes people are insecure, they will ask you for a PVP (playervsplayer), just to let who's stronger between you. You will learn different terms in RO. ang gasgas na "ASA" at "tae".i don't where did these words originate pero sometimes if ur new on the community,you got pissed off when someone call u these...hehehe..
Now they do have a so called URDR server - a RO Player Kill server where only the strongest survive. If you're not "makunat" you're deadz.. Yabangan na naman d2.sabagay ganun naman talaga ang labanan sa RO, pikon ay talo.

When my RO acct was hacked before, at first, i want to look for this person and smash his face then eventually blame myself for being so careless..experience is the best teacher, now i have full of anti-spywares,anti-keyloggers on every machine, restricted some folders, . What i do right now, to be sure, aside from on-screen-kb, i have to copy partial password then do some random inputting of password. Last jan 26 , LUG launches NProtect GameGuard, which was first seen on some online games such as Gunbound and MU Online.. Accdg to them, it will provide better security,lessen keylogging,spywares.etc. Somewhat i believe also coz this program will run at the background before the RO client launches. Sana it will do a 3-DES data encryption while inputting passwords or any good encryption para suave..

I will not be surprise if players will appreciate other online games aside from pRO because there are lots of reasons why pRO sucks, first of all their customer service and some players. Lots of scammers and assh*les on the game.jologs attitude.. If you can lurk on some pRO boards, you can see several threads on how they bash local GMs..

REMINISCING SHITZ

we just watched "kung fu hustle" last sunday and it was such a cool chinese movie, nice special effects,stunts and comedy stuffs. we have to choose between that movie and the star-studded ocean's12., i think it was a nice choice.la lang.

i missed my life before.
high school life. i missed the days on my 3rd and 4th yr when i was part of CAT, we have to drink "gin bulag" near our officer's house near the school and drunk until morning,and tried smoking first time where we have to look in front of the mirror and tried to look cool. but of course my principles for smoking changed for the coming years.
i missed being in a band, playing guitars mostly bass guitar and joined some battle of the bands, but we never won.lolz. i missed going to underground punk concerts and collecting some albums(cassette tapes) that we like. there was a time also that we are hooked to new wave shits, (we are like jeepney backriders before. doing some crappy compositions and covers from our fave bands. from "ambel" fashion in high school to tight jeans. and everyday black t-shirt and some time chuck taylor.lolz

college. i missed the day when we smoke doobie while listening to hendrix experience and led zep stuffs, doing some hippie shits. going to the class on high and sometimes we had to skip class for some drinking session. we have before they called it "kitchenette" where we hang out there drinking beers almost everyday which sucks. seen different college violence, fraternity wars shitz,meet some jologs but also met some people with attitude, which i am proud that i hang out with them. sharing ideas and arguing with topics with a sense i say.argued about the never-ending topics such as religion and politics. techie stuffs was not really a priority. we learned techie stuffs by experience and the surrounding,met some geeky guys and mostly acquired on them not on stupid college professors and crappy college curriculum. i was introduced to cyber stuffs, free shells,unix, windows shitz but not that enthusiastic before..hanged out on irc, active on forums for some time and later lurking on mailing list,gathering knowledge thru search engines and ebooks/pdfs from p2p.
hang-out on clubs where we were invited by our friends'gigs, even with not enough money, sharing each others what we have.
there was also a time when we were hooked also to games,playing playstation and played some indoor and outdoor.
i was hooked also to skateboards, played for almost 2 years then quit.hang-out at k4th for almost 2 yrs also just bumming around while studying, met different people, met bmx riders turn to skaters turn to mountaineers turn to punk band member and i experience all of them. later years was when i began to realize my future, somehow i got bored or "sawa" ,it was like "nagsawa sa pagkabinata" lolz. think about family raising, think good future.think good life. choose life.
getting by, looking ahead, to the day I die.

suddenly,just changed.now its my 3rd official job here and somehow enjoying what i have. i missed going to mountains at doon mag muni-muni and doing some reflections.

I'm reviewing this M$oft Antispyware Beta1 software, well in fairness it is more effetive than the one i usually used Ad-aware. and what is cool, its free,heehe

I had an invite and checked out tantra to check their boot last Saturday at Megatradehall, it was a cool event coz got to see several things,latest gadgets, latest RPG online games such as tantra, pristontale, skyblade, of course MU online,. Met some friends from my ex-co. skyinet/abs which is powered by them. All of them are in beta-release which was cool coz its free compared to pRO. Taking this for granted coz soon they will let their subscribers purchase their cards to access or play on their servers. I got to see the trailer of Final Fantasy VII,advent children and it kicks ass.

the package has arrived.mdk10.1 powerpack.haven't tried it yet coz i don't have any spare machine to work with. tnx to djwis for the time,effort and money coz its free.ehhe

lots of good and bad happened to me last year, and some of them really pisses me off. so cool down muna ko.. felt hate,joy,frustrations,mixed emotions..
