pissed off


i did some minor cleaning and arrangements on my workplace at home more comfortable, coz it's really fun to use it there when watching my downloaded videos and playing games. . see image on the right.


Why I am pissed off?
i am disappointed on how the management was getting their stupid decisions on their employees.First of all one of my colleagues is force to resign on his position due to unfair judgment on the situation that just happened recently.I find nothing wrong with the reporting he did, he sent an email prior to the intermittent connection problem with one of our dedicated server. But according to them, email is not enough, we need to sms or call the owner to inform regarding this. what the F. Proper reporting was not clearly discussed to us. Now where's the fucking escalations and hierarchy!!
Due process was not served, he was not given any warning or first offense or whatsoever. If you look into it, it's not really big deal but politics suck big time on some company, and this is one good example of it. Some managers want to kiss ass the shareholders just to look good, that's bullshit.

As what I have witnessed here starting on my 1st day, i learned few things,
1> be ready for surprises
2> always have a Plan B, or better up to D
3> knowing too much will get in you danger
4> low profile
5> kiss ass and dick-suckers will always exists in company
6> trust no one
7> keep your dignity
