It's been several weeks when i got hangover, last night we drank, and haven't slept enough (tama ba english ko?)..wow i have a 2 day uptime for my bot and still alive,slashing monsters and looting important loots...checked it for a while and harvested so much loots. i configured an acolyte bot for my cousin, running on one of my remote server.lolz..bahala sya pag naban sya. i warned him, pero right now. i stopped running on that server, instead on my win2k desktop PC na lang, coz i'm just doing port forwarding on that private server just to access that...

but to make sure i installed M$oft updates on the servers i maintained, bahala sila sa kanila, HK MIS are not so much into security, bahala sila, like running telnet daemon and permitting root login on some of their live servers, but I think it was already checked... i guess.

Regarding security issues, I always played the listener and not musicians, do the critics as well, as I appreciate music. let script kiddies do their want, let talented people discover vulnerabilities...and we the audience...i have so much respect to all the security groups and programmers doing their part.
Speaking of programmers, they are really earning so much. they have a high salary compared to us like my old friend way back in college , and now he has a cool car, and me. still commuting...hehe but in some way, I like this way.
Life is Life. I don't have so much real life luck...sob. T_T

I just watched one of Michael Moore's documentary film "Bowling for Columbine".Basically it tackles or examines American culture specifically fascination with guns and violence. It is quite entertaining,humurous and arises so many questions to me than answers. It has lots of interviews, clips and stories from Columbine HS shooting in 1999, which I still remembered way way back.. They say these suspects did those evil things because of influence in movies (natural born killers?), video games (DOOM), music (Marilyn Manson) etc etc etc.
Actually, I am not a fan of Marilyn Manson because he was like an O.A. rock star poser to me but when I heard his interview by Moore, I was kind of impressed. He suggested something like the media, corporate America and current government policy work together to maintain a continual cycle of what he describes as “fear and consumption”. It's true...

Anyway, next week will be a busy one for me, coz one of our bosses will be coming here in the country and I think one of his project here is to migrate our existing mail server to a new server with a different distro and a diffrent application. Geesh, badtrip to.. They alway say, don't fix if it is not broken,..
The last time he was here he asked me if I want to change our existing qmail to sendmail, why? tsk tsk tsk . I answered NO of course, i rather use postfix or courier as MTA than sendmail.. and he was planning also to change distro. I even suggested before to use Slackware, Debian or Gentoo (eventhough i haven't tried installing mail servers on this distro) but he suggested Fedora ...boss will be bosses...
on the other side,cguro added knowledge na lang ..bahala sya ...

checked on google, it seems that the news is kinda true.Well, that's cool.
